• Please indicate if you have a prescription.
• Upload your recipe or send it later

You complete your purchase as usual and we take care of the rest.

Option B — Submit a request

Ideal if you prefer to confirm before paying.

If you have questions and would like support:

• Select your mount
• Choose the type of lenses that interests you
• Submit your application without paying

We are contacting you to:

• Check your recipe
• Confirm lenses and final price
• I'll send you the payment link when everything is clear.

3. Review and production

Once your order is confirmed:

• We reviewed the information
• We produce your lenses especially for you
• We will inform you of the timelines and the status of the process.

4. Delivery or collection

We coordinate delivery to your residence or pickup by your courier service, depending on your location and preference. We'll keep you informed throughout the entire process. Deliveries take 7 to 12 business days.
